Currently the alliance consists of three major parties—the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Shiv Sena (2022–Present; SHS) and Nationalist Congress Party―along with smaller partners such as Republican Party of India (Athawale), Rashtriya Samaj Paksha and many others.
The BJP-Shiv Sena partnership, in particular, was significant, as both parties shared a long-standing ideological affinity. The alliance aimed to consolidate their combined strength, leveraging Shiv Sena's regional influence and BJP's national appeal.
